CONTACT

1. Download the liability waiver 

2. Fill out the liability waiver and send a copy of it to Dylan.Russell@calmunity.world

3. Once CalmUnity receives and approves the form, a date in which the mentor and client will meet may be established via email.

4. The client will then receive a zoom link, closer to the date of the meeting (via email)

5. The zoom meeting will prompt the client to answer registration questions (email and name) If desired, the client is not required to provide their real name and instead may write “anonymous”.
